SETH GODIN: TED speaker, author, entrepreneur and marketer. Godin is the author of 17 books:Tribes and Linchpin are his two best-selling books,while Free Prize Inside was a Forbes Business Book of the Year in 2004. Purple Cow sold over 150,000 copies in over more than 23 print runs.Seth created the concept of "permission marketing"which is "anticipated, personal, and relevant”. He writes about the post-industrial revolution, the way ideas spread, marketing, quitting, leadership and most of all, changing everything.“

KURT CAVANO: Vice Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer. Mr. Cavano has overall responsibility for driving GT Nexus’s strategic direction, for disseminating the company’s track record of innovation and market success, and for guiding key customer, industry and partner relationships. He has over 25 years of experience helping corporations improve their business performance through the intelligent application of technology. Mr. Cavano is founder of TradeCard, Inc., which merged with GT Nexus in 2013. Prior to founding TradeCard in 1999, he was a Vice President at American Management Systems, an international business and information technology consulting firm. Mr. Cavano managed the Corporate Banking Practice of the AMS Finance Industry Group. Featured as one of World Trade Magazine’s 50 most influential people, Mr. Cavano is a frequent speaker and writer on topics concerning international trade and global supply chain management. He holds a BS in Bioscience from Penn State University and an MBA from New York University.
EDOUARD MACQUIN: EVP Worldwide Sales. Edouard Macquin has served as the Paris-based integrated technology solutions providers Lectra as Executive Vice-President, Worldwide Sales since 2011 and is a member of the Executive Committee since 2014. He holds a BS in Textile and Apparel and an MBA from the São Paulo Business School and speaks English, French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. Mr Macquin joined Lectra’s research and development team in 1987, and later served in a number of Marketing and Sales positions in different countries: France, Italy, the USA and Brazil. In 2000, he was appointed as director of Lectra’s South American operations in Brazil, position he held during 11 years.

R. SHAWN NEVILLE: President Retail Branding and Information Solutions. R. Shawn Neville is president of Retail Branding and Information Solutions for Avery Dennison Corporation. He was appointed to his current position in June 2009. In his role, Shawn is responsible for creating and executing profitable growth strategies through innovation, commercial development, and manufacturing and operational execution supporting primarily the global retail and apparel industries. Prior to joining Avery Dennison, Shawn spent 15 years in the global footwear and apparel industry in roles including president of Keds Corporation, a division of Collective Brands Inc., CEO of the Footaction USA retail chain, and a number of senior positions at Reebok International, including senior vice president and general manager, North America and managing director, Reebok France and European Operations. Shawn started his career in consumer products with Procter and Gamble and also led Retail and Direct Marketing Industry development at VISA USA. JAMES VATALARO: James is a senior researcher and author with Productivity Inc., a leading international consulting and training firm that specializes in delivering business process improvement and business growth solutions throughout the Global 1000. Mr. Vatalaro has over 25 years of experience in building innovation and improvement capabilities in intellectual, service and manufacturing-based organizations.
Prior to joining Productivity Inc., James worked for 15 years in the US aerospace industry holding progressive senior leadership positions in manufacturing, quality assurance and manufacturing engineering. While working with the Boeing Company, he trained, coached, and mentored in the Toyota Production System from those who helped create it (members of the Toyota Autonomous Study Group) and led the successful Lean transformation of several major value-streams, both discrete and process.
For the past 15 years, James has been partnering with the leadership of Global 1000 companies such as Genentech, Inc., Sun Products Corporation, Kaiser Aluminum Corporation, Suncor Energy, Inc., the adidas Group, and CertainTeed Corporation helping them to solve their problems and achieve their goals. His capabilities are broad and deep in theareas of strategy innovation and business modelling, continuous improvement, strategy deployment, leadership development, and custom educational curriculum design& delivery. James is an expert in 3P(Production Preparation Process) having successfully led cross-functional teams at R.H. Sheppard Co., Inc., CertainTeed Corporation, and Kaiser Aluminum Corporation in an innovation-rich 3P methodology achieving quantum-leap levels of performance. James has proven ability to lead Productivity’s comprehensive Strategic Innovation Business Practice, its Lean Management and Lean Production System Processes, and its portfolio of Operational Excellence Programs. He has trained and consulted globally in discrete, process, and transactional work environments to include projects in China, SEA, the EU, Latin America, and North Africa.
James is certified as a Lean Manager by the Ohio State University and Productivity Inc., certified in Lean/Six-Sigma through the University of Michigan, certified 3P Instructor/Facilitatorvia Shingijutsu - Chihiro Nakao, co-author of the book Implementing a Mixed Model Kanban Pull System , co-led Productivity’s Innovation Systems Research initiative, and a teacher of Lean Manager and TPM Manager Certification at the Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University.
